What forms of payment can I use?
We accept all major forms of credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Will I receive confirmation of my orders?
Yes, you will receive an e-mail confirmation generated immediately upon successful order submission. You will also receive a follow up e-mail containing tracking information when your order is shipped.
Can I place an order outside the United States?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards with international billing or shipping addresses on www.number4hairproducts.com.
What if I need help or have a technical issue?

What are my shipping options?
All domestic orders ship Free using USPS Priority Mail.
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next available business day. Tracking information will be sent via e-mail upon shipment of goods. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not offer international shipping. We cannot accept credit cards with international billing or shipping addresses.
Do you ship to APO/FPO?
No, we do not offer shipping to APO/FPO.
* Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free ground shipping and subject to different shipping rates.
Can I return a salon purchase to your online store?
No, unfortunately, we cannot accept salon purchases returned to our online store.
Can I return a Number 4 online purchase to a salon?
No, you can only return your www.number4hairproducts.com purchases to us.
How can I return or exchange my purchase from www.number4hairproducts.com?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
